Leap Day (Leap Year)

I have been making a lot of math videos on the Plettski Production YouTube channel. However, I wanted to start doing something fun for the different holidays and special days that appear throughout the calendar. So, since it is leap year this year, I decided to make a short video on the subject. Also, I made a previous video on the history of Valentine's day.
